Question Cannot find used CPO that I want...

Ideally, I'm looking for an S7 prestige with black optics, comfort seats, sports exhaust, B&O, and driver assist package. I'm am ambivalent on color right now because I'm having a hard time even finding this car with options and CPO.

If I buy one used non-CPO, what are my options for the 100k/6yr warranty? Can it be purchased directly through an Audi dealer?

    Thanks,

    --Matt

You can buy warranty through Audi as long as the car is still within the original 4year/50k warranty period.

I just bought a non CPO S7 from a non Audi dealer. They offered me an aftermarket warranty.

Bought a used 2012 S4 through a private sale before the 4yr/50K expired.
Got a warranty through Infiniti/Nissan, that can be used at any ASE shop, including Audi.

In response to both you guys... Have you had to hassle with the aftermarket warranty to cover anything?

Do you have any links for information for these aftermarket warranties?

Remember, you can also buy a CPO car from a private party and transfer it to your name (one time only). Or, you can buy the Audi Fidelity Platinum warranty from any Audi dealer which might be the closest you can get to the manufacturers warranty with ease of use at any Audi dealer. I've had it on a previous S6 and it was fantastic.

The one we got from Infiniti was Nissan Quality Guard Plus/Supreme (it's exclusionary, basically covering anything that's not wear-and-tear) and Audi does honor it. We haven't had to use it yet.

Finding a CPO car like and S7 with very specific options will simply just take a while and depending on where you live, almost certainly require buying out of state. Just be patient, it will pop up.
