Anyone have a good DIY for replacing the rear door exterior horizontal seal strip on a 2007 S4 DTM? Mine has disintegrated. Much appreciated.

Its the same as a window regulator replacement, need to pull the whole frame etc and there are some plastic clips on the back of that trim. I might have a good trim piece if you want, lmk.

Instead of replacing, have you considered sanding them all down a bit, it'll be a little more work but the turn out is great:

Just realized you were looking to replace the seal and not the chrome strip. Nonetheless, you should still sand your chrome down :p
