Is the Ross-Tech Micro-CAN Interface the right VCDS dongle for me?

I was looking into doing a few VCDS/ VAGCOM changes, so I started looking on Ross-Tech's site. I saw that the 2 enthuist oriented products for the 8v give this notice:
"As of April 15, 2016, we have learned that some 2016 and newer MQB based models may contain certain modules which are not accessible with the Micro-CAN."

Does anybody know what modules are not accessible?
Is this the right one or should I get the Hex-USB?

    Thank you

If your only looking into doing a few vcds changes I would get the OBDeleven module.
It's way cheaper and does the majority of what the ross-tech can do. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pUvmvN-pZr0
It only works with android at the moment but as the video brings out you can get a cheap android tablet to use it.

This is dope info right here, I just ordered one.

I realize that the High-Beam Assist is possible through VCDS if you have the Active Lane Assist, for $60 this OBDeleven part seem like a steal.
