3l brand new fresh built part out

My father has been on and off with his health lately. He lives across the world in Bulgaria and he was getting better but today I found out some upsetting news. My father had suffered a stroke and is in critical condition. As of now, I don't know whether he will make it or not.
Many of you know as a 23 year old I have been building my dream car since the age or 21 since I bought my stage 3 S4. I am a inch away from completion, as its in the shop waiting to get worked on, with a deposit already made.
I am considering parting everything out and, and selling the s4 as well. The s4 is stage 3 with minor work needed. Flywheel went. Would change clutch while at it, and you have a perfectly working hard pulling s4. As for the parts that were going to be put on the car, and as heart breaking as it is, here they are;
Funerals cost money, medical bills cost money, and life hits you at the worst possible times. I am hoping for the best, but preparing for the worst. Please, unless seriously interested, do not message me as I am currently dealing with a lot of strain and stress. Serious, reasonable offers for everything will be considered. This is also not 100%, as my dads condition may very and hope to god, does recover.
I am feeling this out. If anyone is interested let me know. The s4 7/10 exterior (needs paints correction) interior 7/10 (sagging headliner)

SRM Full framed K24+ Turbos (awaiting reply from Sean on refund as I have not received them yet) $2000 temporarily. Sean can vouch these are dialed in and never used. He never shipped so you'd get them from SRM.

Fast intentions Exhaust (stage 3 no resonators) takes about 1 month wait to build this exhaust, best sound exhaust made for the S4 built to order. ($950 )

Hey man, that exhaust is probably the last thing I'm going to sell. As my car was previously a stage 3, I am currently fixing it ( Before starting the build all that went was my flywheel) and then I went balls deep and decided to just build the car. Since I'm fixing the s4 and driving it around for a few months before selling it to a friend, I wanna hear that exhaust note atleast one time as that was my favorite piece of the puzzle to be honest!

Do you have a price in mind for the heads and bottom end stuff? Not necessarily together, but a price would save on random messages about the parts. I don't want to be a bother.

As a total package, 6000 locally, including the SRM girdle.
