    Power supply to headlights

    Hi guys,

Out of nowhere my headlight range control stopped working. I am getting a error light that says "headlight range control defective".

Basically I checked the connection and tie bar for the leveling sensor in the front and rear driver side wheels. Everything looks ok and plugged in.

There is a guy here that has a shop that runs free diagnostics with VCDS so I brought it in and he quickly plugged it in and checked it. An error came up right away that said " Faulty power supply to the left headlight".

The guy had no time to check it out he said it could be a module. But I would like to be sure before I let him start playing around with things at $160 bucks an hour...

I unplugged the headlight and checked all the pins to see if there was power going to all of them and pin number 1 and 2 had no power.
Do you guys think this could be the problem?

    Has anyone experienced this error?

    Thanks

Anyone have a wire diagram for the headlights?
