Hello, I'm looking for a honeycomb grill for a S-line front bumper. I already found a replacement for the hood grill, but can't find anything for the bumper. Can you help me with that? I want it to look like this, thank you!

I don't think one exists. If you look closely, you can see that the small mesh openings are shaped differently than the hood grill and the foglight surrounds.
I think it was custom made.

The upper and lower grill from the car in the picture you posted was made from mesh purchased from http://lltek.com/ using the stock USP center surround.

On a side note, there is no such thing as an "S-line" B6, it's an Ultrasport even if you have "S-line" badging on the car. From my experience, '04 Ultrasports did not have any "s-line" badging on them, my '05 USP 1.8T has "S-line" on the steering wheel, and I believe the '05 3.0 USP's also had "S-line" badges on the doors, but as far as I understand B6's are Ultrasports, B7's changed to "S-line".

The Ultrasport designation was North America specific; the rest of the world used S-Line.

Oh, and as far as the S-Line badging goes, some of the 2005 MY USP's have the S-Line badges on the sides (Mine didn't - unless the previous owner removed them). Some of the 2004 & 2005 MY USP's had the S-Line badge on the steering wheel and some did not.

That's a pic of my car.

For the hood grill, you have multiple choices. The one in the pic was sourced from LLTek.com - Uberhaus hood grill. There's also a good one offered on eBay which I think was originally supposed to be a part of the OEM Votek body kit Audi once offered.

For the lower center grill, that one is 100% custom made. I started with the regular S-Line/Ultrasport lower center grill and cut out the slats to leave the outer frame. I then sourced a mesh screen from LLTek.com to epoxy onto the frame, paint the frame black, and screw into the lower bumper (clips lost when cutting out center slats). LLTek.com has an RS style body kit for a B5 S4. They list the mesh screen that you can order separately. Measure the length and height of the opening and add about 2-3 inches when giving the order to them. They will then send you the sheet to line up and cut down to size.

I know this is a old post, But I was curious as to if you know if there is a way to find the Honeycomb fog light parts? and If you know where I can find black window trim, and black trim for around the lower center grill. I am trying to black out my 2005 B6 S4.

You can get the grilles from ecs, but you’ll have to have the usp bumper for them to fit.

I’m going to try plastidip on my window trim this weekend. I’ll let you know how it turns out. I was quoted $140 from a vinyl wrap shop. I assume actual black window trim would be more than that.

If your S4 has the standard S4 front bumper, then I'm not aware of anyone making honeycomb grills for the fog lights. You would have to make them yourself. You could use this in a frame and a cutout for the fog light... Clicky click

For window trim and the lower center grill, it might be easier to use a vinyl wrap or use PlastiDip. Otherwise, check eBay.

Thank you for the direction. I guess I will be making them for my car. Not sure if I would want to go the vinyl rout. plastic dip might work, I would rather have them black from the factory but can't seem to find them anywhere.
