I have searched and found various others with this issue but at varying conditions.

The car only surges at 30-45 mph usually on flat terrain. When the car is out of this specific condition it runs and idles without issue. I attempted cleaning the MAF and tightening the clamps. If the surge was more uniform across the board I could see others recommendations of the issue being the torque converter, fuel injectors, etc.

Does anyone have any ideas?
Would there be a log that I could record that might expose the issue?
