    Pulling codes, need help!!!

Hello people, I am new to the forum, just picked up a B6 A4 1.8T Avant, automatic. I'm pretty sure this has been mentioned before, but i couldn't find anything. So I'm either blind or retarded lol.

Anyways, I'm pulling a P0411 and a P0811. The P0411 I imagine it's the Combi valve, but haven't had a chance to look yet. My main concern is the P0811 code. It's stating "excessive clutch slippage", and it's an auto. It has a bad steering rack I'm planning on replacing it, but what's strange is it will drive perfectly fine through all gears, but sometimes (especially when making a left turn), it will be very hesitant (high rpm's before jumping into gear), or wanna start in 3rd gear. "PNDM" are all lit up as well, on gauge cluster.

Anyone else have similar problems? Or can help and post a thread link to where this has already been discussed?

    Thanks in advance!

I haven't seen anyone post about that code before, but do you know the last time the fluid and filter were changed in the transmission? That may be a relatively quick option to try and alleviate some of the issues you're seeing.

Was planning that, this weekend. I'm new to Audi's. Does a filter/fluid change make a pretty big difference? I mean, obviously if it's never been changed it would. It's sitting at just over 174k miles right now

For the fault P0411 it is secondary Air injection Incorrect flow.
That means you have to check many components of the air injection that might be leaking somewhere.
As for the transmission fault whenever the light are illuminated that means something is going on with your transmission control module no communication and will need to be rebuilt electrically
