    remove e-brake cables

    god damn it, i just spent the better part of two hours trying to remove the e-brake cables from my e-brake so i can install my b7 center console...is there a trick to getting this done?

    lol, that's the exact guide i was using but i'm stuck on removing the damn cables, i think i'll have jack the car up, take off the tires and disconnect the cables so i have more play in them...
