High Beam Shutter not working on my Bi-Xenon headlights! fly300kts inlays installed.

As stated in the title, my passenger high beam stopped working, the driver side works fine but i can't hear the shutter motor clicking for the passenger side. I didnt find out about the issue until i failed for it going through inspection. I have pulled the bumper and headlight. no obvious wiring issues that i can see but i also have fellow audiziner member Fly300kts led strip inlays installed so i really want to try and fix it without having to buy a new housing and new housings are expensive

I have baked the headlight and pulled the lens off but now i really have NO IDEA what im doing lol. idk how to get to the motor or where the shutter even is exactly. idk what to do lol besides make sure all the wires and connections look good i am at a dead end. im not even sure if the high beams run on separate fuses or on the same one or where the fuses are located. i went through all the fuses on the driver side door areas need help!

well I ended up having to buy a new housing. couldn't figure out why the shutter stopped working and I need the car on the road asap.
