Is this Fan Control Module going to work?

I ordered one off ebay, the seller listed it as a C6 A6 Fan Control Module and the part numbers crossed.


However, When I got it the wires and colors and final destinations are the same but where they go into the module isn't.

Obviously I want to make sure. I guess I'm not hurting anything since I won't be touching the original harness because I bought a new fan assembly and a used module but still.

Mine is the right, the AAA if the Used one I bought.







New assembly/fans on the left. The wires/color are all the same. The single only difference is where they enter the module.

Wired it all up, the answer is yes for anyone who might come across this while searching that wonderful wide web....
