I had them install my AMS Alpha heat exchanger in my S4. Their quote was very fair and admitted he had never installed one from AMS but had done many others. He and his wife are super friendly, as is the shop mascot, and prices are very fair. Work was done as quoted and in taking with them you could really get a feeling for how detail oriented they are. I can see why people go there for all of their maintanance work. I know I will when the need arrises, first time using them but won't be the last.

X2! Hard to find trust worthy people in the automotive industry, especially when it comes to service and mods. But they're great. Built my last 2 cars through PS, with nothing but great experiences and loyal customer service.

They hooked me that is for sure. My wife dropped me off to pick the car up and she commented how nice they were. Funny how now days, nice and customer service, seem to be hard to find.

Partsscore actually shot me down and won't replace my rear pads and rotors because I purchased the parts on my own.

That is odd because all of the parts they installed for me were purchased outside of them and not even parts they were familiar with.

They finally budged and will make an "exception" this time around, but won't warranty the work.

They did throw in a disclaimer on the initial response that they will always do labor only if they don't have access to the parts.

Thanks for the recommendation 430hps! Posting this for Vik who sent me a message also (says your inbox is full). I just took my 2012 A7 into LeSeuer Car Company yesterday to have them replace my rear pads and rotors. I bought the pads and rotors online and they did labor only for $200. Took about an hour and a half for the job. Definitely satisfied, especially with no pushback for me supplying the parts.

It's a completely family run business and basically everyone working there is part of it. Among their assortment of inventory, they do have newer pre-owned A3s, A4s, and A5s in the parking lot for sale, so that put me at ease that they are proficient in routine maintenance on a VAG car. As always, get the estimate in writing beforehand, but I will definitely be going back for the next service I need.
