Tires are not included! 3 of the wheels have mounting marks from the garages machine putting tires on. One wheel the mar is about an inch long the other is .5 inch and the third is like a .25 inch. The wheel is not damaged but the painted finish was marred and it is where the tire meets the rim so hard to notice... I try to post pics tomorrow.
