Probably something with the serpentine belt, bearing, idler pulley.

I had a similar noise and thought it might have been the idler pulleys but further examination of the Pcv block off plate solved the issue. I replaced the entire plate, there's a check valve in there that can deteriorate over time. There's an easy way to check by blowing through the breather hose at one end. I don't remember if it's supposed to blow through or block though

In the stock PCV when you blow in it is supposed to block the air.

So i tested and it did block the air so dont know. but a while back i was getting some pcv errors on the vag when i replaced a thermostat. They cleared and did not return. I did the idel engine and pull oil cap check and the idel drops bit not much so Im going to go ahead and order the part to replace it since it seems to be a quick easy job anyway. Hopefully that will be it. Any other ideas on what to check while i wait on shipping peeps :).

It was hard to tell from the video where its coming from but it sounds like a metal squeal rather then a belt.

I would check your belts to make sure they're not missing teeth on the timing and that the acc belt isn't worn down.

PS. With the pcv you can actually open some models up and see the diaphragm (or the rubber part in there) and see if its torn. The circular part pops up, just be careful to not loose anything inside and note they way it goes in there before removing any springs. (not hard to do).
