    Miltek non-resonated fitment issues?

    Hey all,
I've recently installed this system, and ever since I've had knocking over certain bumps/throttle positions. I've now adjusted this exhaust three times, first time I noticed that the pipes were contacting the bracket below the driveshaft under the rear seat area. I removed the bracket, clearances the pipe with a slight dent. After that still was knocking, and again jacked it up and ensured the system was "canted" forward for thermal expansion (exhaust hangers). I was able to get another 1/4 of forward movement on the system and finally just entirely removed that bracket under the trans tunnel as it was just knocking on it like crazy.

I thought that was going to be the end of it, but I can only assume I now have it knocking around off the rear subframe/differential as it is right there and while underneath I can get it to knock on that with massive movement. I don't believe the exhaust is moving around that much. I'm rather disappointed that I've paid this amount of money and am having these fitment issues... Wondering why they didn't V-band this system to ensure no errors slip fitting the system.

Has anyone else had similar issues/solid fix on this particular system??

    Thanks,
    Steve

Did you ever get that knocking fixed?

I too have exact same problem after installing it (bought used). Thought it was knocking at the rear diff too as it's so close.
