Hi just wondering what the outside diameter of the maf is as looking to fit a cone filter for a bit of induction roar.

Youll be replacing your cold air intake with an airflow straightner for a hot air intake without one, not much of a benefit there.

As for the size - measure it?

If you just want more noise, remove the intake silencer and patch the hole with some epoxy and plastic and leave the current air box in place. Also removing the fender well intake portion and covering that hole in the air box will help as well.
