They didn't perform any sort of carbon cleaning....? Cause cold start misfires are characteristics of carbon build up on valves, injector or piston itself

Sounds like you changed everything else, I second carbon cleaning. Hopefully you didn't have to pay for all that shoddy work.

Carbon already cleaned and I saw intake valve without intake manifold and they looks good.
And technician looked valve with endoscope no saw anything wrong for carbon

Carbon on valve will continue to make perfect cylinder compression.. ?
