    Audi connect

    So I picked up my 2017 rs7 performance and Im not able to set up the Audi Connect, I registered on the computer and checked the SIM card in the car but when I enter Audi Connect in the car it says "Initializing, Please wait....." and never changes. Anyone else having this problem?

    On both of our Audi's AC was set up and activated at the dealership when we took delivery of the cars. Is there something they need to input? Not really sure.

    I just set mine up. It seems to have some settings under Phone menu and some under Audi connect menu on the car. Going between the two, I eventually got it work.

    Mine didn't work until I went to AudiConnect.com and created an account. Entered the VIN and SIM card ID number. Then had to call Audi support since AT&T didn't do something on their end.
    Then it hooked up.

    I set up the AudiConnect.com new account (with SIM card number), before installing the SIM card
