B7 help, passenger door will not lock with FOB of by button...

Car is a 07 RS4. When using the key FOB every door locks except for the pass side front. If I hit the lock button on my door it won't lock either.

When I first got the car and only had the valet key this also happened but once I got the real FOB it seemed to fix this for a period of time.

I have since changed the battery and maybe this has something to do with it. I have reprogrammed the FOB with no change. Any insights? Thanks.

Take the door card off and inspect the locking system

The rs4 does not have a key lock on the pass side. Not sure if this is different from other b7s or are you speaking to the entire locking mechanism?

Using the small hole in the side of the door I am able to lock it but it will not unlock unless I open it from the inside. Haven't had a chance to rip into the door card yet.

Is it possible for me to swap out a rear door lock mechanism to the front? There is no key hold either way. Thanks.
