The new CTS Turbo B7 A4 FMIC kit will enhance the performance and power of your vehicle substantially by maintaining lower charged air temperatures even under the most extreme abuse. Boasting a high density bar and plate intercooler core (rated for 600HP) the CTS FMIC kit is ideal for modified B7 A4's with K03, K04 or even big turbo applications. Smooth transitions in our hand crafted intercooler piping ensure quick boost response and optimal flow. Fitting an intercooler this size is no easy task, but our design requires absolutely no trimming to the bumper. Trimming to the bumper reinforcement is required for installation.

The heart of the CTS Turbo B7 A4 2.0T turbo upgrade kit is the Borg Warner K04-0064 turbocharger. This turbocharger is commonly used in OEM applications such as the Audi S3 available in Europe. The highlight of this Borg Warner turbocharger in our kit is the 'forged mill' compressor wheel, which brings numerous benefits to the enthusiast. The technology used in the production of these turbos provides us with a variety of benefits, reduced compressor wheel weight (faster spool), increased strength, and greater surface area of the compressor wheel. Because of the 'forged mill' technology Borg Warner can increase the effective surface area of the compressor wheel, which results in greater air flow than conventional cast compressor wheels.
In addition to the Borg Warner K04-0064 the CTS Turbo B7 A4 2.0T turbo upgrade kit uses a set of custom silicon hoses to relocate the factory diverter valve. Our diverter valve relocation uses the same principles as the OEM Audi S3, Audi TTS and Golf R. In addition to the diverter valve relocation our kit includes a new diverter valve housing to relocate the diverter valve, associated OEM gaskets, nuts, studs and hardware and test pipe to connect to your factory downpipe. This kit is by far the best 'bang for the buck' modification available for B7 enthustiasts with the 2.0T engine.

CTS Turbo now offers a full silicone intercooler hose set for the B7 Audi A4 2.0T FSI. The hoses that come stock with your A4 age and deteriorate over time. This will lead to inevitable boost leaks leading to loss of power and increased wear on the turbo. CTS Turbos hoses are far more durable and are guaranteed to not crack. Our super rigid construction eliminates hose expansion and deformation under high boost pressure.

The CTS B7 A4 2.0T test pipe is the premier test pipe for your B7 Audi A4 2.0T. Our test pipe is designed to seamlessly fit in place of your restrictive stock catalytic converter, which is situated immediately after the turbocharger. Our test pipe features 3" stainless steel piping, smooth mandrel bends, two 02 sensor bungs with an option for a third. Substantial power gains, improved exhaust flow and a more throaty sound are the main benefits from installing our test pipe. Upon inspection you will notice smooth mandrel bent piping with seamless transitions from the turbocharger to the exhaust system. In addition to being one of the best bang for the buck performance upgrades for A4 owners our test pipe is also very attractive piece. Each 3" test pipe is mandrel bent, hand tig welded and comes with the standard CTS swag (lanyard and plate frame). Do you need an additional 02 bung for data logging? Well that's no problem! Tig welding additional 02 bungs can be done for an additional charge.

Our HPFP Kit can achieve flow rates 50% higher than the original pump, essentially removing pump limitations from the equation, even on high-end turbo upgrades. Our continued development of the B7 A4 platform is not limitted to FMIC kits or Turbo kits, our all new catback exhaust system is evidence of that. The CTS Turbo B7 A4 catback exhaust system is hand tig welded using the finest T304 stainless steel.
Each CTS B7 A4 catback is 100% tig welded, constructed using T304 Seamless Stainless Steel, and includes installation hardware and stainless steel clamps. Lesser products can be had without stainless steel construction, or with seamed stainless steel, which can crack and decay over time. The CTS Turbo B7 A4 increases turbo spool up, and peak power.
The downpipe is constructed using 2.5in T304 Stainless steel. It will bolt up directly to the OEM catalytic converter, aftermarket high flow cats or our test pipe.

The CTS Turbo crank pulley is lightened to reduce parasitic drag on the engine. This results in faster revving and more horsepower. Included in the kit is the lightened crank pulley, 6 replacement bolts and a shorter belt. The pulley is made from T6 6061 aircraft grade aluminum and hard anodized to reduce wear. Gains of 5-7 horsepower can be expected.
