    Force zero boost

So I am planning on shipping my car in the future and would like to find a way to either safely force and keep the car in limp mode or prevent the turbo from building any boost to prevent any parking lot cowboy antics.

I was thinking of disconnecting the n249 from ECU and connecting a switched 12V and ground to the N249, forcing the DV to always see vacuum from the reservoir. My plan is to wire it up with another N249 connector so I can still drive the car where I need to then just pullover and swap plugs right before I enter the parking lot.

Any thoughts on this? Or a better/ easier way to prevent boost or force limp than can be easily done quickly on the side of the road with a engine up to temp?

The only way i think that it will happen is if you leave the wastegate open. Whats your setup?

Do you mean N75, that controls the wastegate?

You could put a small relay in-line with one of the N75 wires, and wire an in-dash switch to that relay.
This would force an open-circuit at the N75 whenever the switch is in the OFF position... limiting boost to wastegate pressure (4-5psi for a K03)
    2 side effects:
-fault code & possible CEL for N75. You could strategically wire in a resistor to prevent this fault code.
-fault code & possible CEL for underboost

More simple option is unplugging the N75 electrical connector... takes about 3 seconds. This has the same consequences as above.

Pretty much unless you have a proper tune, you will get a fault code for underboost.

As MetalMan pointed out, simply unplug the harness to the N75. Permanent limp mode.

Another thought, is to physically limit the throttle pedal - I'm not familiar with the pedal, but there's got to be an easy enough way to limit how far it can travel.
