There are websites where you can calculate these numbers if you know the gear ratios and tire diameter of your vehicle.

here is what I was able to pull together for top speed at 6500 rpm for each gear on 21 inch wheels. Obviously, the #'s for 6-7-8 are mechanical theoreticals.

    6500
    1st .....4.714...... 37
    2nd .....3.143..... 56
    3rd .....2.106..... 83
    4th .....1.667..... 105
    5th .....1.285..... 136
    6th .....1.000..... 175
    7th .....0.839..... 209
    8th .....0.667..... 263

    final drive 3.204

I believe that is the Q5 3.0T final drive ratio. It's believed to have been mis-published at some point (on Audi's website I think), but general consensus is that the SQ5 has always had the 3.076 final drive. And obviously 354hp, even 450hp with a tune, isn't going to overcome the wind resistance and rolling friction at speeds anywhere close to 200mph, but it would be cool to know exactly what the platform is capable of...

It wont matter, the ECM will not allow you to downshift with the paddles into a over-rev condition. It has fail-safe built into it.
