haha.. just realized it had my home dealership plate surround.

Could be a reflection, but a "euro tail light" mod does exist that can be enabled via VCDS. Pretty much it makes the bottom half of the tail light blink instead of the whole thing, and I think only works on pre-facelift. My buddy had me do it on his B8.

Yes, those are the reflectors. There are no bulbs there.

No. You can enable all the lights, but there are no bottom lights.
