Went from B6 3.0 to B7 2.0t, need opinions on complete maint at 93k before tune

So much info out there I'm having a hard time figuring out a plan/schedule, I apologize in advance if this is asking too much, if you have a link to a realistic enthusiast level maintenance schedule please feel free to share!

So I'm lucky enough to track down the service records of my previous CPO car and it looks like a LOT of the problem stuff has been done: multiple ECU/ECM flashes early on, pressure regulating valve at 20k, coil packs at 32k (appear to be black rev F), and 3 updates at 50k including pressure control valve/breather pipe, intake flap motor and fuel pressure sender. Also Tiptronic control case and $3700 electrical wiring at 67k and at 80k "CAMSHAFT REMOVE+REINSTALL", "LOCK CARRIER LOOSEN+FASTEN" and High pressure pump (cam follower problem?). All the regular maintenance is there too, regular services, brakes/flushes, fuel filter at 55k, etc.

At 93.5k miles now, I've already replaced air/cabin filters, oil filter housing that was cracked/oil change, upper control arms and new struts in front/alignment - $1000 right there.

I STILL have annoying shake/rattle from lower front right on low speed road imperfections/small bumps, was told tie rods are fine, maybe a wheel bearing? Lower control arm? I'll have my VW/Audi shop take a closer look, I was busy and never told him specifically about it, previous "Full service" brake shop said it was all 4 right side control arms, VW/Audi shop said lowers were fine... sigh.

Here is my plan in order, please let me know what you think... I'm not afraid of spending money but hoping to keep it to small-ish chunks at a time:

Cam follower - Parts obviously cheap, what is labor like on this? Would like to do every 20k, is that right?
Full timing belt/water pump - $800 parts and labor
Coil packs/plugs - Do I go/stay with black/Rev F.? Stay with normal temp plugs until I actual do tune? How often should be done? Car runs good now, wait to do at same time as tune?
Diverter Valve - confirmed I have old diaphragm one, only $160 parts and labor for updated one
Auto trans service - I think is about $500-600 parts and labor, I know not cheap but definitely should get done here soon approaching 100k. Pretty sure I need to do the more expensive blue/green fluid fill.
Rear diff - pretty cheap one, just get 'er done approaching 100k too.

Is there anything else I should know about? What about the timing chain service? I have a mechanic buddy who thinks those are an issue too, but he may have been thinking of the cam follower issue, which looks like came up at 80k, but I'll do it again to be safe... I only plan on a Stage I tune with HFC to maximize the stock setup. Also, after seeing CEL's reported in the service history with those fixes I mentioned, my local Audi specialist says my CEL now does not come on when it SHOULD when ignition switched on, which is strange.

Sorry for so much detail but I figure why not try to ask the best forum out there, a few of you guys have already been super helpful!

Hey there! So I don't really have any info on your question, but am wondering how you found the maintenance records? If possible I would love to find them out for mine as well! Mine was only one owner and went to the dealer for atleast whatever the warranty covered and since it was from older people it was probably done at a mechanic its whole life possibly dealer! So it would be awesome if I could find some records too!

    Thanks

PS if you have plans to add an FMIC like I have been seeing in your other post, it won't be cheap but I'd do it while you are doing the TB, they will already have the car in service mode and it'll be way easier and combine the cost instead of pulling the front end off twice

PSS I would add a fuel filter change and maybe a carbon cleaning if your budget allows for it, and probably add a catch can to help with preventing carbon buildup later especially if your gonna be opening err up a lot more after the tune

PSSSSSSSSS If you are doing a "full TB kit" its around 450 for the parts alone, you would want all of the accessory belt bits done at the same time as you don't wanna have to have a shop put it back in service mode to fix a 20$ pulley when they were already in there once (it takes a couple hours to put in/take out of service mode?) look up the DIY on the TB if you wanna know what I mean by service mode

There's a really good thread if you search for it for our cars at 100k miles. Let me see if I can find it.

I got lucky and saw the original dealer through the CarFax and luckily enough they not only sold (leased maybe?) it brand new, they sold it as a CPO and did all the work on it through that warranty...

I'm looking at a cheap FMIC on eBay now, I know about "service mode" so I'll see if I can afford to do it same time as the timing belt.. I put fuel filter in there somewhere I think and I'm seeing the full kit for the TB from $140-$275 without accessory belt. Edit: I'll add an accessory belt kit too, and see what my shop will charge for carbon cleaning. Thanks for replying!
