I need a trunk latch that DOES NOT have any issues latching in the cold, I just picked up my A4 a couple weeks ago, and this morning it was like 50 degrees out (maybe 65 or something) had to open the trunk and went to close it just to have it bounce back, so did again same result... Tried several more times then pushed and got it to close, saw that it said it was still open on DIS, went back out and repeated 20 more times drove to work with the DIS saying its open, got to work, tried it closed every time like it never happened (I could tell the car was laughing at me too) Looked on here, found the issues, would like to replace before winter gets too close, so if anyone has the newest revision (maybe had to replace yours then car was totaled?) I'd be interested in it! Doesn't even have to be the newest revision if its for a low price, just don't wanna get a used one and still have the issue and end up buying a brand new one anyways!
