I reinstalled my transmission after removing it to change the rear main oil seal on the engine. I have reverse like normal but no forward gears. After a few minutes it goes into limp mode and I have 4th gear only and everything looks normal on VagCOM but I do get the code for Incorrect gear ratio. Any ideas what could be wrong? I've worked on this thing forever and the transmission has always worked great but now its messed up. Please help
