    Are you after the shift knob or looking to refresh the boot? I ask because I have some genuine Audi leather boots from the exact shifter above (A3 8L). I haven't tried fitting it on a B6, but PM me if you're interested in one.
    Whenever I get around to swapping the center console (probably another month or two), I'll try to fit the boot.

    I thought the shift boot from an A3 is smaller than the A4. You can use the shift knob from the A3, but will need a shift boot from an A4/S4/RS4.

    If you have a 6 speed the base of the A3 shift knob will rub on the shifter trim when engaging reverse.

    Yes, you can trim it so that it doesnt rub. There was a thread in the B7 section I'll try to find it and post it here.

    I never tested an A3/S3 boot so I have no clue if it would fit or not.
