    New clutch/FW making grinding noise

I just had a brand new Eurocode flywheel installed with a stage 2 Southbend drag clutch. I went ahead and also replaced the throwout bearing, pilot and flywheel needle bearings, clutch fork and release arm, the relese pin, flywheel bolts, slave cylinder and stainless steel UPS clutch line as well. When the shop installed everything, the car wouldn't start with the pedal fully depressed, so they ended up lengthening the slave cylinder rod.

My friend picked the car up for me since I'm out of state, and he said that it makes noise when depressed. I brushed it off since I understand there will be significant chatter, but when he sent me the video it's clear something is wrong. He also says that you can shift gears with the clutch pedal only 1/2 depressed. The car, however, will NOT start unless the pedal is fully depressed. The shop is going to take another gander tomorrow, but does anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks

P.S: I could upload the video if there is a way to do it from my iphone, imgur.com doesn't support the video file for some reason

The no start issue you are going to have to wire around the 3rd hall switch on the master cylinder. See newer posts from the "push my foot through the floor" thread

Want to give everyone an update. I apperantly got the wrong clutch fork. There were 2 different versions depending on your VIN, and you need to use a specific pivot ball with each. That fixed all my issues.

I haven't picked up the car since its 13 hours away from me. I'll let you know if they included any paperwork and what part number, but I'm almost sure I bought the K, and he went to the other clutch fork and pivot ball that Audi says to use with that fork.
