    Would you consider the first pull more representative than the 2nd? Seems like 40-80 the F82 pulled on you and then disappeared only to reappear to pull on you at 130. The 2nd pull seems the F82 pulled on you again from 40-100, then you caught up but slowed down at 120 due to car in Mexico lane.

    M4s at my local track trap 113-116 stock. Lower power robbing advantage of rwd will help top end. Nice run! On 2nd run you may have experienced some heat soak. Do you have upgraded cooling?

    Nice work against a legit competitor!! Looks like s4 has gearing/torque advantage during the first run as he jumped out, but you pulled by when he shifted and stayed in the meat of your powerband. He pulls back by on the big end, but that's what happens with a turbo against a pd blower. I told my chick to charge the GoPro for some encounters like this.

    I ran into a few stock f80 m3/m4's with capable drivers against my GIAC STG2 and they pulled on me hard from a 40MPH+ roll. I know they weigh under 3650lbs and put out over 400rwhp stock, which makes the car very underrated from the factory. On top of that, those cars seem to perform well in terrible DA too and put up very consistent numbers.

    PS - I'm getting an M3 after test driving one a few weeks ago. I've been contemplating between a c63s vs M3 and LOVED the Bimmer. Now I can't decide between manual vs DCT since the DSG has spoiled me.

    Watching how awesomely smooth the rev matching is on the 6mt's in the f80's i already know i'm sticking w/ a stick but i wish i knew more about the differences between the two engines.
    I tested a manual and DCT and liked both. The rev matching was awesome but turns off on Sport+ setting.

    Driving a manual m4 motivated me to get my b5 back together. I really miss swapping my own cogs. Bad. It's also much faster than my b8.

    I prefer to do the rev matching myself. Not a fan of the auto rev match in new manual cars.

    Impressive... and crazy as f. 140ish in the rain... and in traffic? Dude.

    Take it to the track instead. I hung with this M4 for over 6min with traffic and finally got him in the end. Without a tune...

    That's what I was thinking...My buddy has a 2015 M4 as well as a 2009 Porsche Turbo. I raced his Turbo (posted a thread with video a few months back) and he had me by half a length from 35-130...I would imagine I would absolutely pull on his M4 if I was almost neck and neck with a 997 Turbo.

    I'm not advocating street racing but your response is a bit dramatic. They caught up to traffic and slowed down, they weren't racing through traffic. Huge difference.

    It was in a light trickle w/ absolutely zero traffic around them until long after they had let off the throttle. I do have a serious and genuinely perplexing question though, why would you throw so much money at your car without tuning it?!
