034 street density control arm premature failure

I just installed the 034 street density control arm kit and I've got at least 1 bad passenger lower control arm. It lasted 2500 miles. I installed them correctly with the suspension loaded. The clank doesn't seem to be coming from the ball end at the steering knuckle but it seems to be coming from the inner bushing at the subframe connection. I've also got a high-pitched chirp when I go over bumps coming from the driver side front which I want to say is the brand new lemforter sway bar link. Any ideas how I can warranty 034 Street density control arm? I ordered it from ecs.

Have you called ECS? They seem to have pretty good customer service and I am sure they will help lead you in the right direction.

Have you inspected the area to confirm premature failure? Clunking on inner bushing would mean the rubber bushing is either torn incredibly bad or bushing became dislodged from arm, sleeve and all. Not doubting you at all, but what seems more feasible is something simply not tightened fully or loosened over that time frame. If wanting to proceed with a warranty claim, proof of failure will need to be proven in most cases (I suspect this to be one of those cases). I suggest you confirm your suspicion before you basically waste your time and theirs without at least pics of damage.

The noise of brand new rubber on metal, just spray something like silicon spray on area.
I hate it when my car acts like a little bitch, treating me like a bitch

Same thing happened to me after I borrowed my A6 and driver hit curb or whatever, after 200 miles after suspension work was done.I never find out what exactly happened, because they didn't told me truth
I had FCP Euro set.Called them and had to pay for a new one that they sent next day delivery and when they received faulty one I was fully refunded for the cost of a replacement.

034 has a 2-year mfg warranty. I had one fail too, but it was outside of 2 years. They were really slow to deal with through the whole warranty question process. I'd go through ECS first as they usually have great service, then try 034 directly if that doesn't work.

    Hello,

Have you contacted us directly [email protected] or send us a PM so we can address the issue!

If it's still under our warranty period and if its defective then we should have no issue sending out a replacement!

We look forward to hearing back from you!

    Cheers,
    Stefan@034

Did you check the connection to see if it is just loose where it connects to the subframe?
