Blank fuel tank lids?

I remember seeing these around back in the day, anyone still making them? Or know of another option other than the SRM lid? Piecing my fuel system together, and i'd like to avoid modifying the stock lid if possible.

Here is my "blueprint" of the one I am using. Both AN6 and AN8 90deg fittings work fine with it.
