Lower rear bolt on heat shield

I'm trying to remove the exhaust manifold and the procedure seems to call for removing the heat shield first but the lower rear bolt is behind the rearmost exhaust channel. Is there a special tool or procedure for getting this T30?

OP here, I did eventually get mine off. I believe I had to use a socket based Torqs and sneak it up in there then use a knuckle with an extension to my ratchet. It was on there TIGHT and i ended up stripping it getting it off. You should order all new ones anyway so no big loss.
