I don't see anything touching the mount at all. Nothing looks weird there at all. Heat shields are all fine.

I'm wondering. I did a APR Stage 1 in June. I drove it hard for a few weeks just to feel the extra power. But I've also had a lot of "boost control range not reached" since the Stage 1. That means I've been doing WOT runs to log my boost. And when I graph those runs, I'm usually a good 1 1/2 PSI under the boost request as shown below. I've read that underboost codes can mean the turbo is always spinning faster than it should to try to make the ECU happy. That's my current theory.
