    SOLD
    FS: 2001 Audi S4 6spd Manual - High Mileage / Engine Well Cared For - $2,400 OBO– N Seattle

Had many plans for this, simply don't have the $$ to put into it. Posting here before anything else, as this is the perfect B5 to build up. Below are all of the pros and cons, a very lengthy description, but I trust the detail will be appreciated:

Just hitting 175,000 Miles on stock turbos, suspension, & clutch. Has been my daily driver for over 9 years and still is, but needs a lot of work. I know the car very well & I've done everything myself.
80% of miles are all highway cruising
** post edits regarding clutch/throwout bearing, and the aux water pump below. Also to say that this car runs very smooth and pulls strong, drives great inspite of all below. I wanted to be bluntly honest, but left out these details.

Done at 158K: Timing Belt, Water Pump, Thermo, Pulleys & Tensioner, MAF, Breather hose, Spark Plugs, Snubmount, Coolant Temp Sender

Done at 135K: Timing Belt, Crank Seal, Cam Seals & Plugs, Camtensioner seals, Valve Cover Gaskets, Crank Position Sensor, Radiator, 1 ICM, Clutch Slave Cylinder, Expansion tank, Rear Diff Fluid changed,
& a couple coils don't remember which ones

Driven meticulously regarding the warming up and cool down of oil & turbos.
Always Full Synthetic Oil used & done regularly.

Clutch never dropped, and car never launched. Sounds like Throwout bearing is going, making noise when clutch all the way in only to start, but clutch never slips, will need replacing soon.
**took it by a long time Audi mechanic/restorer today, he listened to clutch noise when all the way to floor and immediately said "oh you've got another 30k on that". Drives and shifts just fine.

Transmission has always been typical from what I've read, sometimes doesn't like to go into first, issue never changed, could use a fluid replacement.

Tires are new (600-700 mi) Thunderer Mach IV's on 3 OZ Superleggera 17”s, one cracked & was welded, then cracked again, bye bye, using original spare rim, all are scratched & scraped up a bit
but kept painted... Spare tire is a new Hankook K106, not on a rim.

New ballasts & bulbs, but ballasts need to be better mounted.
Orange side markers deleted... one headlight cloudy

Suspension and front end needs attention now, still driving but shot.
Front axles/CV joints are crap, bought cheapest ones I could find this time & they were making noise brand new, I don't ever turn the wheel all the way because of them, will need replaced.

Needs Rear Rotors now, and Fronts will be soon, all pads fairly new, Front sensors not attached, so brake warning light is on

Aux Water Pump has been leaking long time, needs deleted or replaced.
Cooling system needs to be bled often because filling often.
** only leaks after turned off hot, which i dont do, after using air conditioner on hot day, or when rpms pushed hard.
i fill about 3 cups a week, and bleed system once a month.
Heater Core usually clogged and no heat, backflushing it helps for a while
Sensor under expansion tank gone and warning light on.
Always Pink G12 with Distilled water.
    Hood strut no good

Rarely throws P1519 Code, but CEL goes away, usually throws code when very hot outside...
90% of the time NO CEL's

Rear Driver's side door only opens from outside

Sunroof control broken loose from mount

Cracked windshield (not impeding view) and wipers shot

In Trunk: All engine covers, 1 new crappy axle in box (forgot which side its for), 1 new ignition switch in box

    Thank you all
