    ID 2012 A4 Avant S-Line factory 5-spoke 18" wheels ?

We added a 2012 A4 Avant S-Line to our stable and I'm trying to ID its wheels, as I am shopping for a winter setup. The offset is what interests me most. I have the general idea that A4's use ~ET45 whereas our A5 uses ~ET30 (went with ET35 17")

Is there a part number I could look up based on the codes on the factory sticker inside of the Warranty booklet, or does someone recognize these 18" rims to say?

The part number on the back of the rim is very difficult to photograph while the wheels are mounted ;)
