interior lighting woes

so prior to making the swap to recaros, the front footwell lighting and rear footwell lighting under the seats all worked properly...now none of the rear lights under the seats work and the passenger footwell light under the glove box doesn't work either...the only footwell light that still works is the front driver side...

i am totally at a loss....the seats are from a B7 so not sure if it makes a difference since my car is a b6....
