Stage 3 B7 A4 10k OBO!!

I am selling my 2005.5 Audi A4. The car runs and looks phenomenal. All major and minor maintenance has been done to this car. Oil has been changed every 3500 miles with synthetic oil. This car has never been my daily driver which is why the miles are at 84,000 right now. I always keep this car clean and have it maintenanced by NGP Tuning or AP tuning which are very reputable APR dealers. The cam follower has been routinely swapped a little short of 10k miles. Tires have excellent tread on them as they haven't seen much of the road since they were purchased this past spring. The car literally needs nothing and is going to be hard to let go. I have modified this car from completely stock and love the way it came out. I have a binder for all maintenance and modification records and receipts from purchases and shop installs. Only reason for selling is to save up some money for a house. Below is a list of modifications:

Throttle Body replaced at 60,984 miles
Ignition Coils and coil packs replaced in November, 2015.
Iridium Spark plugs -1 cold phase replaced annually.
Cam Follower replaced every 10k.
Oil Changed every 3,500 miles.
