2013 Q7 Xenon Headlights lens hazing

The inside of the both lenses have a permanent stain matching the light pattern out of the headlight. Anyone else experiencing this? at 55K miles and 3.5 years AoA refuses to replace them under the original and my Audi Extended warranty.

AoA has offered a 50% replacement discount. Although appreciated I am still working with them to increase the compensations

Both... Negotiations ended today and I scheduled the appointment for 50% off

What reason did they use to deny it under full warranty coverage? That they hadn't failed yet or it didn't affect performance or ? Ours are doing the same thing, was going to take it in to get looked at next week.

I am in my extended warranty period phase so this may not apply to you. They just said that my warranty does not cover the hazing.

So my passenger side headlight adaptive function has failed. I wonder if they have to now replace the entire headlight to deal with that. I am sure that is covered under warranty
