Sorry for the newb questions to follow but I'm learning.

I'm looking to get a used CPO A7 and would really like to put the wheels on it. i think the used a7 It get will prob come with 20's. How might I go about getting these wheels? i take it I would need 4 new tires as well?

What am I looking at cost wise?

Will my warranties still stay intact?

How much is this going to change the roughness of the ride / road noise

Last, can I find this wheel in a 20 inch? Thanks.

Check out Hartmann's replicas. High quality and decently priced, I think. Should be basically the same as the stock that it comes with. Shouldn't impact any warranty.

Those are the 5 arm rotor matte titanium finish wheels. What you see on that S7 is a 21". My car is identical to the one on your link. As far as the ride is concerned; it actually rides smoother than the 20" wheels I have on my sport package A6. Probably due to the air suspension on the S7.
