I am daily driving a tt and its my only car. Its probably one of the best daily drivable sports cars available. The only practicality it really give up is useable rear seats if you need them. I used to daily drive a toyota mr2 spyder and the tt makes for a much better daily driver.

    Mtb friendly too

I feel the TTS is a very good and reasonably practical daily driver. In fact one of the reasons I selected it over the Cayman.

Easily can be a daily driver. As long as you don't need to haul a ton its a comfy car with great power and awesome in the snow

Not crazy at all, I went from a 2014 S4 to a '16 TTS. Just think of it as a 2 door S3 or a nicer Golf R, very practical around town.

Nope, daily drive my TTRS just across the river from you. Street parking and everything.

I drove an 08 TT *Roadster* with FWD as a daily driver up until I got my S4. Right through winters (but parked inside at night). Snow tires were key (in Toronto), and it was fantastic. It even trundled over a fair bit of snow as I was routinely lazy about my driveway. Tiny roadster cabin actually meant it heated up very quickly on the cold days.

Do it! TTS will be loads of fun. Get good winters though =).
