Availability of 2017 S4 in US & Cost Differential with 2017 A4

I am in the market for a new car and am seriously considering the 2017 A4. Of course, I still need to test drive the car to see if the performance is satisfactory to me. I have been driving 6 cylinder cars for the past few years now, so I am used to the power of those engines. If the 4 cylinder engine is not enough for me, then I will consider waiting for the 2017 S4. Does anyone have any idea when the S4s will be available? I thought I read that they should be available in March 2017. I also wonder how much a similarly-configured S4 will cost over the A4. I really do not want to spend more than $60K on a new car.

S4's are expected in early 2017. A fully loaded A4 is in the mid 50's while a fully loaded S4 will probably be in the mid 60's, maybe even up to 70k. The performance of the a4 is great, these 4 cylinder turbo engine's have come a long way. I have the APR stage 1 flash and the car has PLENTY of power. Obviously a tuned S4 will have even more power but if you're concerned about price then you might have to go with the A4 (not in a negative way). In the end, you won't know till you drive the A4 and/or the new S4.
