    How the hell do I pull out a relay , help

    Trying to pull the fuel pump relay. But It wont move, I see to clips, tried to releasthem with flat screwdrivers, but no success

    Never mind, just needed to pull harder, was scared I broke something and thougt the clips had a purpose, im an idiot

    The clips most likely are what hold the relay together. You can disassemble it to see the windings inside. Even a single blade terminal can be a little tough to pull apart, so having 5 or 6 of them on the same object makes for a tight fit.

    i recently replaced my FP relay and it was a biiiiitch! i really did think i was going to break the socket, and was even looking at how to disassemble the harness to work on it outside the car. in the end, i used little screwdrivers and hooks to work it out of the socket and then put dielectric grease on the blades to help it out next time.

    why did you remove it ?

    is this related to your compression test ?

    Yes , I Thought I needed to remove this for the compression test
