CTS Turbo is proud to release our new TT-S 2.0T Downpipe. Each CTS TT-S downpipe is 100% tig welded, constructed using 3" T304 Seamless Stainless Steel, and includes installation hardware and stainless steel clamps. Lesser products can be had without stainless steel construction, or with seamed stainless steel, which can crack and decay over time. The CTS Turbo TT-S downpipe eliminates the factory downpipe, increases turbo spool up, and peak power. The increased piping diameter of 3" allows for exhaust gases to exit the turbo and wastegate with less turbulence which all result in more power and torque throughout the entire powerband. In any turbo vehicle an upgraded downpipe is a great idea, but as the TT-S is factory equipped with the powerful K04 turbocharger it is a particularly potent power adding modification.
Are you worried about emissions and inspections? Don't worry, our optional catalytic converter from Magnaflow should satisfy prying eyes. We are proud to release our first new product for the TTRS 2.5T. CTS TTRS High Flow Downpipe features a CNC machined 4" T303 stainless steel vband flange and turbo outlet.
Our 3" mandrel-bent stainless steel design is free of obstructions and uses a premium core interlock style flex section. For optimal clearance between downpipe and driveshaft our design splits from a 3"design to a dual 2.5" design where two more stainless steel flanges mate seamlessly to your secondary catalysts or high flow mid pipes.
Each downpipe is hand built to order at our facility, and test fitted in our hand made jigs to ensure exact fitment each and every time. In addition to the quality craftsmanship and great sound.
To remove the Check Engine Light that will occur, proper tuning software must be used. This downpipe works with ANY brand stage 2 software

The CTS MK2 TT/TTS 2.0T Direct Fit FMIC Kit is designed as a drop in replacement for the OEM front mounted intercooler (FMIC). That means you can install this kit without any trimming or modification of the bumper. The OEM FMIC is adequate for stock boost levels, however once boost levels are increased by way of ECU upgrades/chipping the OEM FMIC struggles to keep the charged air temperatures in check. Higher charged air temperatures can result in boost cut and timing pull, both reducing the amount of power your vehicle produces.
The CTS direct fit FMIC uses a high efficiency bar and plate intercooler core, which aids in reducing pressure drop. Reducing pressure drop means that your turbo will not have to work as hard to make a given level of boost. If your turbo makes 30psi of boost pressure in the turbocharger, and your intercooler has a 10psi pressure drop then the boost measured by your ECU would be (30psi - 10psi) = 20psi. With an efficient FMIC like the CTS direct fit FMIC your turbo does not have to work as hard to reach desired boost levels. This is beneficial in two ways, the turbo life expectancy is increased due to more efficient operation, and boost leaving the turbocharger is cooler and more dense resulting in more power to the ground.

Increasing the dimensions of the intercooler core has resulted in significant cooling improvements, including reduced heat soak and reduced charged air temperatures. These improvements can be attributed to our large high density intercooler core, smooth flowing cast aluminum end tanks.
