At CTS Turbo we are proud to announce our new air intake system for the Audi 3.0T and 3.2L FSI engines. The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with our sealed airbox to seamlesly force cold air into our air intake system. Air then flows through our high flow cone air filter, which utilizes an inverted cone design for maximum engine breathing. Our single piece CNC mandrel bent aluminum intake pipe allows for smooth entry of cold air into the the engine providing peak power gains ranging from 5-8HP. All of the components included in the CTS air intake system work flawlessly together to provide increased horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band and an aggressive race inspired sound.

CTS Turbo is proud to release our B-Cool Billet 3.0T Oil Filter Housing. The OE plastic filter housing is quite fragile and is know to become brittle and crack over time. Each CTS Turbo B-Cool Billet 3.0T Oil Filter Housing is constructed in house from T6061 Aluminum. Not only does the B-Cool filter look good, but it works great. We have engineered cooling fins into our design to act as a heatsink, which dissipates heat from the engine oil. Installation is very straight forward and only required basic hand tools.

CTS Turbo is proud to release our B8 3.0T Supercharger Pulley Upgrade Kit. By using a smaller than stock pulley we have been able to increase the speed at which the pulley spins thus increasing the boost pressure output from the Eaton supercharger. Increased boost pressure in conjunction with upgraded ECU software results in a dramatic increase in horsepower and torque throughout the entire power band.

Please note that our B8 3.0T Supercharger Pulley Upgrade Kit must be used in conjunction with the appropriate "stage 2" performance software. Stage 2 performance software, which is not included in this kit, will allow you to harness maximum boost and power from your 3.0T while optimizing air fuel ratios, timing and boost pressure bleed off. Please consult your preferred software tuner for pricing and availability.

I'm on the fence of getting the CTS turbo intake. However, in the description it says "new air intake system." Was something recently change as in design wise/material being used or is this the same intake from the last year or so?

Also, I have read the intake filter deteriorating overtime which is concerning. Any improvements on that?

The intake is the same as it has always been. We are having the website being re-done so it still shows "new"

Our products carry a 1 year warranty on them and we offer replacement filters for them for $49.99 with free shipping if something goes wrong after.

If the filters are maintained properly they will last much longer.

Got the cold air intake from you guys. Good job, well constructed and I am glad you offer replacement filters. Love the sound it makes under moderate and hard accelerate. Sounds stock when commuting on the highway, which is just what I wanted.

From what I understand, the original filter can be cleaned?

By the way, install was easy except the instructions could be a little better. Secondary air filter was hard to see on the video. Thank god for duct tape!!

As far as how often, really depends on how dirty it gets, check it every time you do your oil change. For method, you can just simply rinse it out and let it dry. We do not use oil kits on our filters.

For the B8 Audi S4 (DSG) does the exhaust drone? The system looks great and the price is really below other comparable systems. I just took the Billy Boat Sport system off my car and I am returning it to ECS tuning for a refund, and I am seriously considering buying this exhaust if I can be assured that drone will not be an issue.
