Here is my 2004 BT B6 6 speed (GJW) with a long list of mods. Long story short. I bought this car with a blown motor (key snapped off end of cam). I tore the motor down completely and had it bored, balanced, and the rods clearanced. The motor has forged Wiseco 82mm 8.5:1 pistons, forged Scat rods, OEM oil pump, OEM bearings, all new seals, etc. The head has been milled and the valves were all replaced with Supertech SS valves. It has a ECS RA4 single mass flywheel with a RS4 LUK clutch kit, Evolution Racewerks sport fmic kit, 034 street density motor mounts, 034 tip, Psi concepts exhaust manifold, Psi concepts 520 turbo, Psi concepts oil/coolant line kit, 60lb Bosch injectors, Motoza tuned, and much more. The car has less than 1k miles on all of the mods and freshly built motor. Basically I sold it to a friend when I moved from NY to FL. He drove it for a bit and noticed a leak at the T-stat housing. He replaced the housing and drove it without bleeding it. The car got hot and he shut it down immediatey. After filling and bleeding it the car burns oil after about a few minutes of running. There isn't a drop of coolant or oil in the combustion chamber. Compression test checks out good. I'm willing to bet the turbo got hot and blew the seal. Now the oil is just blowing through the turbo right into the exhaust. There is no oil in the intercooler or piping. Feel free to contact me with any needs or questions. Thanks, Nick.
