CPO Certified Pre-owned question

the CPO warranties. Is this warranty through Fidelity or directly through Audi USA ?

I'm debating on going with CPO or Brand New. Weighing the pros and cons.

CPO is through Audi. It doesn't cover some electronics- navigation and radio .

Audi pure protection through fidelity does cover electronics in the platinum plan.

You could buy the car as a non-CPO and add the platinum Audi pure protection plan - sometimes for not much more.

I am a big believer in buying a couple year old CPO with lower miles. Have bought three audi's this way. Even when buying new, it's used as soon as you buy it.

Yea....I want to go with CPO. I wanted clarification on CPO warranty vs. Fidelity warranty provider. The other thing is.....I want to get a low mileage prestige. So far I am only seeing 2013/2014.
Not very many 2015 or 2016 available

A 15 or 16 will be hard to find as you don't have any of those that are off lease yet. Unless someone traded one in really early or they were demos, you won't start seeing a lot of those until mid next year at the earliest (when people who bought '15s in the fall of '14 started trading in).

Actually, the electronics coverage was changed. Circa March 2016. Nav and electronics now covered on CPO. Speakers not. But a big change, and one of the very few obvious holes in CPO. If you look at CPO terms on audi usa website, you can see directly they are now covered.

I just bought a CPO 2014 S7, and I'm happy with my decision. I love the 2016's, and was planning to get a new S6. Then I started leaning towards the more expensive S7, and that's when a CPO seemed like a good choice for me. I found a white one with black optics and driver's assistance package with only 14,800 miles. It was listed for $69,900, and I got it for $66,500. I got the wheels from America's Tire (thanks Tireguy!).

They did change it. It actually does cover speakers and subwoofer too.

Purchased my 3rd CPO Audi a couple weeks ago, and they told me that suspension was now not covered as well. That caught me by surprise, don't know if that is just on air suspension cars like the S6 I was buying or what. I did not fully trust that the guy was right on that, but that is what they said

I got mine 1 month ago just north of Hartford CT with 6800 miles...gently used. Dealer ordered almost every option. But they are scarce. I find cargurus.com has quite a reach when finding cars. This site is where I found mine. Had to drive 100 miles but worth every mile.

The Audi link that I posted doesn't list air suspension as being covered...

Think "drive train" and you'll have most of what is covered.
