Need info on putting a automatic engine into a manual B7 S4

So I've found a used 07 S4 engine with 54k miles on it for a decent but reasonable price, but my only issue I ran into was it's coming from an automatic S4, and I'd be putting the engine in my 6 speed S4.

What kind of issues will I run into? Will I even be able to do it? How hard, or what modifications will I need to do? Will it basically be just bolt in and go, or how much more of a pain in the ass will it be?

I just replaced my engine (6MT) with an auto tranny engine. In my case all I had to do was remove the auto tranny flywheel (red arrow in pic) and reinstall my flywheel/clutch and tranny. Be sure to reinstall the spacer that goes in between the transfer case and engine. Hope this helps....
