Audi Coupe / 4000 body panel common parts

Please could someone confirm if my belief that the (80) 4000 doors / A B pillars are the same as the Coupe

they are not. unless you are talking about a 2 door 80 4000.

I mean are the 80 / UR coupe doors same as the 4 door 80 /4000
this is for my tube frame S1 quattro sport project, i don't want to cut up a coupe if i can use sections from a 4 door car

For S1 you must use doors and pillars from 4000 sedan 2 door or lengthened ones from a 4 doors.
If you use URQ/coupe windshield and doors you will end with an incorrect windscreen angle.
Also roof is wider for 4000 than coupe.

Google "Audi sport quattro replica" and you will see the difference between correct and incorrect windscreen angle.
