    I have a 04 b6 ultrasport APR tune i did all resistors for 2nd air inj, replaced a valve for evap under intake runner, car still has check engine light for p0441 evap emission system incorrect purge flow, i need some advice its really annoying having my light on

    Did you check TSB 2010268/3? it says removed screen from N80 purge valve and retest basic setting ch 70. if the test passed, update ecm software, if failed, continue diag. if you already removed the screen, I suspect ecm issue. cheers.

    I havent tried anything yet but i will. Will this issue cause for car to not start or hard start when sitting for few hours too? Ppl told me that would be a fuel filter or pump issue, but i can hear pump prime when i key on.

    Then turn the key to on right before crank position and let the fuel pump run and seafoam an entire can into the tank on next fill up and also thru jet suction pump. If you know how then through the vacuum lines in input and exhaust ports of manifold but the rear one you should make a t connect and let it go tbru the FPR too
