Traded my RS5 for an S7 and need Mod ideas

So i traded my RS5 for an S7 which I'll be picking up next week. I'm already working on getting new wheels and tires. The S7 is a 2014 with the Black Optics package.
I'm torn between the Vossen VFS1 in 20x10.5 et 30 or the BBS CI-R in 20x10 et 25
I'm leaning towards the Vossen. If I go this route what's my best tire option 275/35/20?

What other mods should I be looking at?

Vcds cable to do the vagcom mods.

Miltek or AWE exhaust and down pipes. Perhaps a tune.

Subwoofer replacement.

Euro code suspension components seem popular.

Did all that on the S5 and RS5. I'm ok with lower and faster but want to take a break from the louder for a bit.

Thanks Sean. I ran the stage 2 tune and pulley on the S5, put a on my face.
Any thoughts on tire size, I don't want rub issues?

If you have the correct offset on your wheels and you are running 21's then I would go with 275-30-21. 285's will work as well but you will have a little rub.
